Happy National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day!
To celebrate we are sharing a delicious almond butter and chocolate chip cookie recipe using our reusable baking mat!
This recipe is super easy; and because our baking mats are non-stick and dishwasher friendly, the clean up is easier still!
Ingredients

90g Dairy Free Butter or Margarine

30g Smooth Almond Butter

250g Brown Sugar

50ml plant milk
-
160g Plain Flour
-
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

250g Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix all the ingredients.
Divide into 12 evenly-spaced blobs of dough on your reusable baking mat.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Recipe Note
TIP: Put your cookie dough in the fridge for 30 minutes before rolling out and baking!
