When Monday morning calls for pancakes.....Why not try these YUMMY Cacao Waffles instead?!

Fire up the waffle maker and get these beauties cooking!
Ingredients

140g plain flour
-
220ml dairy free milk
-
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

20g cacao powder
-
1 large banana
-
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
-
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-
1 teaspoon of coconut sugar or sugar of choice

Yoghurt
-
Fresh berries
-
Nut butter
-
Crushed nuts

Directions
Begin by mashing the banana in a bowl until smooth.
Next add the milk, vanilla extract and chia seeds. Combine.
Add the flour, baking powder, cacao powder and coconut sugar. Combine and let sit for a few minutes.
Meanwhile heat up your waffle iron and grease with a little oil if required. Fill the waffle iron with mixture and cook for a few minutes or as per the instructions of your waffle iron.
Repeat with remaining mixture until there are 2 servings of waffles.
Top with yoghurt, berries, nut butter and nuts.
