Perfect to be stored in the fridge in one of our pouches ready to grab before your afternoon walk or picnic!
Ingredients

200g Dark Chocolate

130g Vegan butter

6-8 Lotus (Biscoff) or digestive biscuits

2 tablespoons coconut or brown sugar

80g dried fruit

100g Mini Vegan Marshmallows
Directions
Melt dark chocolate and vegan butter over a pan of hot water.
Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar
Break the biscuits into pieces and add to the chocolate.
Add the dried fruit and mini marshmallows.
Place in a lined dish and press down.
Top with extra marshmallows.
Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours (or until set.)
Slice into squares, serve and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Keep in the fridge, or the chocolate might melt on a hot day!
