The perfect wholesome breakfast - you can even make it ahead
Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas

105g porridge oats
-
75g oat flour
-
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

200ml oat milk
-
8-10 square of dark chocolate
-
Handful of crushed walnuts
-
Coconut yoghurt
-
Berries
-
Cacao nibs
-
Nut butter of choice

Directions
Preheat oven to 180c. In a bowl mash one of the bananas and add the oat milk and vanilla extract.
Combine and then add the porridge oats and oat flour. Line the base of 2-3 mini banana loaf moulds using half of the mixture.
Place dark chocolate squares in the centre and cover with the remaining half of the porridge mixture.
Slice the remaining banana and top along with some crushed walnuts. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the moulds and serving with yoghurt, berries, cacao nibs and nut butter should you wish. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
You can whizz up regular oats in a blender to make oat flour!
